This is just one of the lessons that you will find in the pages of this book. It’s a piece of advice that has been passed down from Deb’s parents, and continues to be passed on to the next generation. Whether you are talking about gardening, building a house or raising children, the way to get the job done is to just put one foot in front of the other. Keep your eyes on the Lord and he will direct your steps.

Deborah Bolack resides near Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, with her husband, Brian, and their three youngest sons. ‘Deb’ is mom to seven children, by birth and adoption, and grandmother to nine. As well, she and Brian have cared for over two hundred foster children since 1989. They have also been home schooling their children for over twenty years. They are members of Golden Plains Baptist Church, in Portage La Prairie.
Deb has also written over one hundred songs, and has just compiled some of these in a song book called “I’ve Been To The Mountain.”

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I imagine you have many stories about God's faithfullness and living by faith. I find that most of life if choosing between fear and faith. I especially like to write about faith because I believe God will use our experiences and His Word to help us break out of the "mind meld" the world has put us into - for example like when we believe we're not worthy, that God doesn't love us, that our lives don't matter. God has loving and direct answers to all these situations and more and being able to share that with others is a blessing and a privilege. As you continue your blogging journey to do that I pray His richest blessings upon you, your work and your loved ones.
