I got thinking about my dryer last night....you know, the one that's held together with duct tape. I thought I'd post a picture of it, just so you could see how nice it looks on the outside. It's still so nice and shiny, you'd never guess it has a problem, and for a long time it worked just the way it was supposed to. It ran so smoothly that it just hummed right along as it did it's job. Then something happened....it somehow lost it's strength, and now with every turn it hits up against something that can't be seen from the outside. If you could see the inside, you'd notice there's a jagged, broken piece. We've patched it up temporarily with the duct tape, but it still isn't running as smoothly as it used to, and eventually the jagged piece is going to work it's way through. One day soon we're going to have to look at what caused the problem in the first place, and get that fixed, otherwise the whole thing is going to come apart at the seems.

Dear Deb, Sorry about the dryer. My has had it also but I am getting ever last bit of use from it. Just had to get a washing machine that just wore completely out. I felt sorry for it the last months that it was running. lol
